It features direct private access to the white "singing sand" beach that stretches several kilometers to the famous Basin Head Beach and Fisheries Museum.

Duneside Cottage is located at 56 Carl's Lane, in Bothwell, near Kingsboro, about 15 minutes east of Souris, near East Point.

Directions: Take Rte 16 East from Souris until you get to Bothwell. Locate Elliot's General Store. Keep going a few hundred meters to MacVane Farm Lane. Turn right. Follow MacVane Farm Lane to Carl's Lane. Turn left. Watch for number 56 Carl's Lane, Duneside Cottage.
